Michoud Assembly Facility closed

FOX 8 News received the following press release early Tuesday morning:

The NASA Michoud Assembly Facility is currently closed to business due to the imminent approach of Tropical Storm Isaac. The facility is currently operating at Michoud Hurcon II, which means that there is an expectation of sustained winds of 58 MPH or greater within 24 hours. Michoud facility preparations are complete and ready for the arrival of the storm. Michoud employees should monitor the MAF Status website at http://mafspace.msfc.nasa.gov/status/index.html or call 1 (800) 611-3116 for notice of the facility's re-opening.
