Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office lifts curfew


The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office has lifted the curfew for the parish residents, Sheriff Jerry Larpenter said.

As of 6:00 a.m., the curfew was lifted and residents were allowed to leave their residences and sheltered areas. The ban on alcohol sales has been lifted as well.
TPSO personnel will be covering the parish today to assess damages, water levels and to render aid to any residents in need.
Distribution sites that will supply emergency supplies to residents are being prepared today. Those sites are scheduled to open later today. The site locations will be announced later today.

* La. Hwy 24 Bourg Larose
* Country Drive South of St. Anne Bridge
* Benton Drive @ Country Drive
* Woodlawn Ranch Road
*4407 Bayouside Drive
Road Closures for Water:
* Island Road Covered with Water
*Hwy 56 one mile South of Boudreaux Canal
* 3300 Block of Bayou Dularge Road
* Lily Porche Road to Dr. Beatrous Road
