New Orleans, La. -- Police are investigating a homicide in Algiers.
They responded to a call to the intersection of Maumus and Mansfield Avenues around 9:25 Friday night. They found a single male victim with a gunshot wound.
They have not released the victim's name, and they have yet to identify any suspects.
