New Orleans, La.—A New Orleans resident has been booked into the Orleans Parish Prison on one count of pornography involving juveniles, announced Louisiana Attorney General Buddy Caldwell.
Agents arrested 25-year-old James Waidell Ernest of 1433 Southlawn Blvd. on Thursday following a joint investigation involving the Attorney General's High Technology Crime and Fugitive Apprehension Units, Homeland Security Investigations and the NOPD.
Ernest is charged with violating a state law forbidding a person to produce, distribute, possess, or possess with the intent to distribute pornography involving juveniles.
If convicted, Ernest could face up to 20 years in prison.
