Covington, La – St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a Covington man for numerous sex crimes committed against multiple juveniles. Deputies arrested 55-year-old Ricky Seubsanh of Covington on September 25, 2012.
Police say that deputies, investigating an ongoing narcotics investigation, served a search warrant at the Thai Thai by Ricky Restaurant on Hwy 190 in Covington. During the search, deputies recovered Seubsanh's cell phone which contained nude images of minors.
A separate investigation conducted by the Juvenile Division discovered that Seubsanh solicited sexual favors and inappropriate photos from multiple juvenile victims. Seubsanh admitted to soliciting the images and engaging in oral sex with the victims.
The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office Crime Lab is examining Seubsanh's cell phone and computers.
Seubsanh was booked into the St. Tammany Parish jail on October 1, 2012 on five counts of molestation of a juvenile, one count of indecent behavior with juveniles, and one count of sexual battery in addition to his narcotics-related arrest.
The investigation into the matter continues. Seubsanh could face additional charges.
