METAIRIE, La. (AP) - Saints interim head coach Aaron Kromer says New Orleans is "definitely on the rise" as it enters its bye week.

After opening with four single-digit losses, the Saints now seek to build off their 31-24 comeback victory over San Diego on Sunday night.

The Saints scored the final 17 points after trailing 24-14 in the third quarter.

Kromer says the bye comes at a good time, allowing several banged-up players to get refreshed. After meetings Monday, the Saints are being given the rest of the week off. New Orleans returns to action Oct. 21 at Tampa Bay.

Kromer says signs are positive with Jabari Greer's groin injury and that he could return against the Buccaneers, while tight end Jimmy Graham's right ankle injury requires further evaluation.
