Belle Chasse, La. - Plaquemines Parish Deputies investigating looting in the Port Sulphur area after Hurricane Isaac make another arrest and identify two additional suspects.

Deputies arrested Kaci Rene Prout of New Orleans in connection with the looting of four homes and the theft of a generator. Investigators also booked Billy Saunier of Port Sulphur in connection with two looting incidents.

As part of the looting investigation, the deputies are looking for Derek Wayne Fruge of Port Sulphur and Holden Michael Sylve of Belle Chasse.
