Low water pressure warning for small section of Carrollton area

 

New Orleans, La. - Residents and businesses in a small section of the Carrollton area are being warned of low water pressure problems this weekend.  On Sunday, The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans will be working on a repairing a water main break that serves the area.

Crews hope to have the 12" water main fixed by early afternoon.  The S&WB says residents should expect to see low water pressure on Sunday, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  

The affected area is Jeanette Street from South Carrollton Avenue to Joilet Street.
