Silver, 4-door sedan sought in connection with aggravated battery-Photo Courtesy NOPD

New Orleans, La. – New Orleans Police release surveillance images of a car involved in a shooting on Washington Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators say two men got out of the silver, four-door sedan and opened fire on the victims walking in the 4300 block of Washington Ave.

Police say the two victims suffered non-fatal gunshot wounds. One man was shot in the leg. The other was shot in the hand. The gunmen got back in the car and sped away.

Second District Detective Warren Walker is in charge of the investigation. If you have information about the vehicle or the men involved in the shooting you can call him at 658-6020. You may also call Crimestoppers at 822-1111.
