Houma, La. – Houma police say while they were arresting a man for allegedly pulling a gun on his girlfriend, he dropped his pants and threatened officers.
Investigators say it all started Saturday evening with a call that a man had pulled a gun on a woman, put her in a car and drove off.
Police say they found Joshua Lee and chased him down on foot. They found the woman as well. She was shaken up but had not been harmed.
Once in custody, investigators say Lee threatened to kill the officers once he got out of jail and even pulled his pants down and exposed himself as he was being booked.
They've booked him with resisting an officer, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, obscenity and public intimidation.
Lee is also facing charges from outstanding warrants for felony theft and trespassing.
