New Orleans, La.- The New Orleans Police Department is looking for 35-year-old Billy Sanders as a person of interest in the murder of Frederick "Magic" Anderson.
At approximately 6:25 am on June 25, Anderson was discovered suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body and was found lying face down at the intersection of St. Ferdinand and Press Drive.
Investigators learned that Sanders was one of the last people to have seen Anderson alive and have identified Sanders as a person of interest in the homicide investigation.
Police say Sanders is approximately 5'9" tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds.
Sanders' last known residence is on London Cross Street in Harvey.
Anyone with information on Sanders' whereabouts are urged to call CRIMESTOPPERS at 822-1111.
