Josh Jambon enters not guilty plea in debris workers battery case
Grand Isle, La. – A Grand Isle businessman pleaded not guilty to accusations he attacked workers clearing debris after Hurricane Isaac.
Police booked Josh Jambon with three counts of simple battery associated in an incident caught on video.
Debris workers also filed a civil suit against Jambon which accuses him of cursing and slapping them.
The Grand Isle Clerk of Court says the office received the not guilty plea by fax from Jambon's attorney.
The case is expected to go to trial sometime in February.
