Pumpkin Cheesecake Shooters (Non-Alcoholic)

4oz cream cheese at room temperature

1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

1.5 tbsp cinnamon

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp. salt

2oz apple cider or juice

Drunken Pumpkin Cheesecake Shooters (with Alcohol)

2oz cream cheese, room temperature

2oz spiced rum

2 tbsp canned pumpkin puree

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp of sugar

Dash of salt

Mix together all ingredients in a kitchen aid or by hand.

Fill shot glasses with the mixture, top with cool whip and graham cracker crumbles.
