New Orleans Police make a fifth arrest in a murder committed during what investigators think was a botched carjacking on General DeGaulle last month.

Thursday morning officers picked up the last of the suspected gunmen, 17 year-old Milton Wilson.

Chief Ronal Serpas says Wilson was booked along with 20 year-old Marke Simmons in the shooting death of Fernando Eyzaguirre.

Three others are charged as accessories or principals to the murder.

The crime, caught on surveillance video, is one the chief describes as one of the most disturbing of his career.

"This case is a horrific example of one of the worst homicides I've ever had to see on film in the 30 plus years of my career in law enforcement. These suspects of which several have given us detailed statements implicating themselves in this death in the most callous and cowardly cruel way killed this young man with no provocation in mind whatsoever from the victim," Chief Serpas said.

17 year-old Erin Joseph Doucet, 18 year-old Desmonique Reed, and Jaroid Washington of Bay St. Louis faces charges as accessories or principals to the crime.

Serpas credits both good work by his detectives and help from members of the community and Waveland Police with solving the case.
