Covington, La.- Police arrested 28-year-old Bryan French and his girlfriend, 19-year-old Katherine Whiteman early Sunday morning.

When Officers arrived on the scene they found French and Whiteman in a 2006 black Chevy Tahoe.

Police say French was repairing his graffiti that had been partially painted over by the owner of the garage. After a quick check of the area, officers also found graffiti on Boston Street that matched the one found on Rutland Street.

Investigators recovered three crates of spray paint, a digital camera and a tripod.

Both French and Whiteman were booked with two counts of criminal damage to property.
