New Orleans, La.- Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating 70-year-old Cornella Davis who was last seen Thursday.
Police say the Beacon Behavioral Center dropped Davis off at her residence Thursday in the 7700 block of Windward Court.
Davis contacted her husband from a neighbor's telephone because she did not have a key to get inside and when Mr. Davis relocated to the residence, she was not there.
Davis has not been seen or heard from since.
Police say Davis suffers with bipolar and schizophrenic disorders.
Davis is described as an African-American woman, approximately 6'0" tall, weighing about 135 pounds and having a low hair style.
She was last seen wearing an unknown colored shirt and white pants.
