This presentation is a must for government contractor personnel responsible for business development and proposal preparation/submission.
Washington, DC (PRWEB) January 07, 2013
This webinar will provide a primer on debriefings in Federal Procurement. More than a general overview, subject matter experts will identify “best practices” and provide helpful questions and answers that government contractor personnel might consider raising in debriefings.
For contractors, a debriefing is key to judging whether the evaluation process was fairly conducted, and if there is grounds for a bid protest. Debriefings convey the basis of the agency’s evaluation and selection decision and assist offerors in improving future proposals.
This 90 minute webinar entitled “Debriefings in Federal Procurement: Key Rules and Strategies” is scheduled for Thursday, January 31, at 1 PM Eastern. To register, follow this link:
Addressing webinar attendees will be:
Brad Jorgensen, associate in DLA Piper’s Government Contracts practice group. He assists in providing counseling and litigation services to both large and small companies on a range of government contract matters at the federal, state, and local level, including the litigation of bid protests; Contract Disputes Act claims-related matters; general counseling; due diligence for mergers and acquisitions involving government contractors; counseling on intellectual property protection, domestic preference/country of origin and procurement fraud issues; and commercial litigation arising out of government contracts, including disputes between prime contractors and subcontractors
