Report: LSU's Michael Ford will declare for NFL draft

Baton Rouge, LA - The list of LSU underclassmen leaving school early for the upcoming NFL draft has now reached nine with today's news that running back Michael Ford will also join the mix.

Ford rushed for 392 yards, third on the team last fall, to go along with three touchdowns. He also returned 20 kickoffs for 549 yards.

According to ESPN's Joe Schad, Ford hopes to improve on his projected draft status of rounds four through six.
