FOX 8 News received this press release from the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office Monday afternoon:
Washington Parish Sheriff Randy "Country" Seal has announced three suspects are in custody for the weekend murders of Brandon Alexander and Denzell Wise.
Currently in the Washington Parish Jail are Alex Wilson, DOB 06/17/99 and Lesean Williams, DOB 03/26/91. Each is charged with two counts of Murder 1st Degree, one count of Attempted Murder 1st Degree and 1 Count of Material Witness. Hospitalized from gunshot wounds is Kinoski Wilson, DOB 07/01/93. Wilson is expected to be released from the hospital within a few days and will be placed in the Washington Parish Jail with the same criminal charges. Both Wilsons and Williams are reported to be cousins.
Washington Parish Detectives are continuing the investigation into the murders and hope to be able to release additional details soon.
Sheriff Seal stated, "Our detectives will pursue all details of this matter until it is resolved. We are putting together a strong case to present to the District Attorney. I am so pleased that these dangerous criminals have been arrested and I complement our detectives and deputies for an excellent job."
