14 Martin Brower US Distribution Centers ISO 14001 Certified.

The Martin-Brower Company L.L.C. announced that its environmental management system enabled the quick service food distributer to achieved ISO 14001 certification in 14 of its US distribution centers with the remaining four US operations set to be certified in 2013.
A global distributor of food and service products for McDonald’s restaurants, Martin Brower created and implemented an environmental management system to identify waste reduction opportunities and improve energy efficiency practices in all of its facilities and across all of its operations in the US.

Through the findings of the separate ISO 14001 audits at each center we were able to make improvements to our Environmental Management System (EMS) resulting in tremendous reductions in the amount of resources we use and the amount of waste we generate.”
