While Orleans parish will suspend carnival activities in the days leading up to the Super Bowl, Jefferson Parish hopes to lure some of those visitors to its parade and festival.
Headliners for this year's two day Family Gras festival include Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, Blues Traveler and Soul Asylum. Local acts like Amanda Shaw and Cowboy Mouth are also on the schedule.
