Butter for Chargrilled Oysters


For 12 shucked gulf oysters

For butter:

1/2 # butter, softened
3tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Place 1 tbsp of prepared butter on top of the shucked oyster.

Place oyster on hot grill for approximately 4 minutes or until the butter is melted and the oyster is cooked to desired temperature.
