New Orleans, La.- Great weather Sunday will wrap up the weekend with temperatures slightly in the low to mid 60s and chilly nights in the 40s.
Meteorologists forecast another cold front is on the way by Monday, which will drop highs into the 50s early next week with lows dropping back into the 30s north and away from the Lake.
By Wednesday, a west wind looks to warm temps quickly back into the 60s.
However, we could get some rain in the later part of the week.
"Friday could get stormy with another dive in the jet stream and strong cold front bringing another blast of winter for next weekend," says Fox 8 Meteorologist Chris Franklin.
