Oyster au vin
Serving 8 ppl
White wine 1qt
Button mushroom sliced 2 pounds
Oyster 2 pounds
Green onions 3 bunches
Chopped garlic 1 tea spoon
Butter ½ pound
Together in a sauce 4 quart sauce pot add water, wine and mushrooms.
Simmer till 1/3 is remaining, then add your shucked Louisiana oysters, chopped green onions and a touch of chopped garlic
Simmer for 2 minutes till the oysters are cooked through
Monte in your butter off the heat, season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve over rice if choose
