New Orleans, La - Super Bowl Fans are painting the city red and purple. And like true fans, many are already claiming victory.
Fans were decked out from head to toe and more than ready to offer a heads up on how it's all going to go down on Super Bowl Sunday.
About half the people we met on the street, don't have tickets for the game. Ashley Payne doesn't have one, but says just being in the host city with her 49ers is enough. "We got to watch the boys leave their hotel and get on the bus," said Payne. "Jim Harbaugh tipped his hat to everybody. Some of the players waived to us. They heard us cheer and send them off and chant," she said. "It's amazing to be here. It's a once in a lifetime experience, truly."
While Baltimore and San Francisco fans are both counting on a victory. A third city involved in the game appears to already be a winner with fans of both teams.
"I've been absolutely impressed by the friendliness by everybody and it's just absolutely a warming city," said a visitor from Baltimore.
"The people have been gracious," added a Ravens fan. "The food is great so I love it."
Super Bowl 47 is set for kick off at 5:30 on Sunday.
