Tulane announces 24 man signing class

New Orleans, La. - Tulane head coach Curtis Johnson struggled in his first year leading the Green Wave on the field but his success on the recruiting trail came to fruition today as 18 players from Louisiana signed on the dotted line, in addition to six from out of state.  Here is the list of newcomers Tulane released Wednesday afternoon:
