New Orleans, La - The New Orleans Police Department is looking for a missing 31-year-old woman. Cynthia Rosales-Soliz was last seen Monday by her boyfriend at an unknown location. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Police say that Cynthia and her boyfriend were in New Orleans, visiting from Houston. As they were driving through the French Quarter, Cynthia and her boyfriend began arguing. Cynthia became angry and exited the vehicle and walked away. The boyfriend searched the area but could not locate Cynthia. Because of his unfamiliarity with the area, he could not provide an exact location.
Cynthia is described as a Hispanic female, 5'7" tall, weighing 170 pounds, with reddish brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink Houston Texans jersey with the name Watt and the #99 on the back, blue jeans and a blue hoodie with a Texans logo and the name Foster with the #23 on the back. She has the name "Luis" tattooed on her lower back. She has five colored stars tattooed on her right arm and she has a picture of an angel, the name "Chris" and the name "Gabriel" tattooed on her right foot.
Cynthia has a medical condition and is in need of her medication.
