New Orleans, La.- Many people in the community have stepped up to help a black swan found injured in City Park.
City park officials tell us her name is Amanda Erika.
She was found this weekend with a hurt ankle. Someone also broke all of her eggs in her nest.
City park is accepting donations to help with amanda's medical expenses and get her some new swan friends.
You can donate on the City Park website http://neworleanscitypark.com/ or by mailing donations to New Orleans City Park, One Palm Drive, New Orleans, La., 70124
