National Trench Safety opens new branch in Chicago, Illinois with others to follow nationwide. Ron Chilton, President/CEO, available for interview upon request.
Houston, TX (PRWEB) February 08, 2013
National Trench Safety, LLC (NTS), a Houston-based company specializing in the rental and sales of trench and traffic safety equipment, as well as OSHA-compliant training classes, announced today the opening of a new branch operation in Chicago.
“We are very excited about the new Chicago branch operation,” commented Ron Chilton, President of NTS. “Chicago is the third largest metropolitan area nationwide and gives NTS its first presence in the Midwest. The Chicago market has some significant infrastructure projects underway, with additional new projects being started this year. The decision to expand into Illinois was driven by our customer base’s desire for a NTS location in the area. While we had been doing large jobs in the area for the past several years, many of our customers have requested us to open a branch in the area to support their more routine daily, weekly and monthly projects along with their large highly engineered jobs.”
The Chicago branch will be managed by Matt Clymer, a trench safety veteran with many years of industry and branch management experience. “We are fortunate to have Matt managing this new location for NTS,” remarked Chilton. “Matt has a significant background in the industry and is a Chicago native having been born and raised in the city. Matt’s industry experience and knowledge of the market will be an asset to customers in the Chicago area.”
The Chicago branch is the 18th branch location for National Trench Safety in the United States. NTS now has operations in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Utah.
In maintaining the objective of building a nationwide network of trench and traffic safety branches, NTS plans to open at least three additional new branch operations in the first half 2013 with additional branches to follow.. For strategic reasons, Chilton declined to comment on the location of the additional new branches. For more information about NTS, visit the National Trench Safety website at http://www.ntsafety.com.
