New Orleans, La. - Police say 19-year-old Malcolm Hall turned himself in Saturday around 2:00 p.m. Hall is the third of three suspects named in the February 9 shooting on Bourbon Street that left four people wounded.
Hall, also known by the nickname "London", was placed in custody and transported to Central Lock-up where he was booked with four counts of attempted murder.
Officers had already arrested 23-year-old Deron Bridgewater, and 21-year-old Brandon Brown surrendered to police on February 12. Brown and Bridgewater also face four counts of attempted murder each.
Three of the victims were released from the hospital and the fourth, believed to be the intended target, was last listed in stable condition.
