Terrebonne Parish, La.- Sheriff's Office investigators say a man who had been fired from his job at a restaurant for allegedly stealing money from the register came back after hours for more.

Terrebonne Parish deputies arrested 23-year-old Joseph McEachern and booked in connection with a burglary at Sarah's Mediterranean Restaurant on West Tunnel Boulevard.

Investigators say surveillance video revealed that it was McEachern who broke in around 2:30 Tuesday morning and took money from the cash register. Deputies located the suspect at his residence in Chauvin and arrested him Tuesday afternoon. He was booked at the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex where he awaits a bond hearing.
