Reserve, La.- Police have arrested 49-year-old Kenneth Hicks of LaPlace and 31-year-old Dontae Bond of Los Angeles for the murder of 34-year-old Anthony Young.
Hicks and Bond were arrested and booked with first degree murder on Thursday.
Investigators discovered Young with a gunshot wound to his head Wednesday night in the 100 block of East 24th Street.
Young was pronounced dead at the scene.
Hick and Bond remain in jail without bond.
Although the investigation is ongoing, detectives do not anticipate additional arrests.
