NOPD seek person of interest in officer shooting case

FOX 8 received this news release from the New Orleans Police Dept. late Tuesday night:

Date/Time: February 23, 2013 @ 7:11 AM

Location: 1111 Poland Avenue Detective: Sergeant Joseph Catalanotto

Subject: Black Male, around 29-31 years of age, approximately 5'9" in height, approximately 140-160 pounds, thin build, brown complexion, inch wide chin strap beard, no mustache, blue jacket and blue jeans

GIST: The subject possibly has knowledge in regards to a police involved shooting. The subject was seen at the corner of Poland and St. Claude Avenue, more specifically the bus stop located on the lake side of St. Claude, on Saturday, February 23, 2013, between 6:30 AM and 7:05 AM.
