Kenner, La. - Kenner Police book a man in an accident that leaves a two women injured and an unborn baby dead.
Kenner Police booked 48 year-old Bernal Lino Aguilar with DWI, third degree feticide, and more in the accident Sunday night near Vintage Place and Alabama Street.
Investigators say Aguilar ran into the path of a Mitsubishi Galant traveling west on Vintage Drive.
The man was arrested and charged with failure to yield and driving without a license.
Additional charges are pending.
Police say the mother was seven months pregnant and is now in critical condition.
Aguilar has been arrested at least eight times for alcohol related offenses such as Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Disturbing the peace (drunk), and Reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
