Semolina's Crawfish Cakes


Cream Sauce (your favorite brand)

1 lb Crawfish Tails

2 tsp Magic Seasonings Blacked Redfish Magic

½ cup Green Onions

1 tbl Parsley- chopped

1 ¼ cups French Bread Crumbs


  1. Mix all ingredients into ¾ inch cakes
  2. Dust in breadcrumbs and sauté in oil until crisp and golden brown

Serve with pasta and spicy cream sauce.
