TORONTO, March 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mobile Integrated Systems, Inc. (OTCUS: MIBI), (OTCQB: MIBI) (the "Company") announces that Donald Ziraldo has resigned from the Board of Directors.
Furthermore, Mobile Integrated Systems, Inc. announces that Murray P.J.B. Simser has stepped down from his roles as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately. The Board of Directors has appointed Emlyn J. David, previously the Company's Chief Financial Officer, to the role of Interim President and CEO and will conduct a search for a new President and CEO under the direction of the Company's Chairman, Todd Halpern.
