New Orleans, La - Homicide detectives with the New Orleans Police Department are investigating a shooting that left one man dead. The incident occurred Saturday, just before 3:00 p.m. in the 5100 block of Bundy Road. The name of the man will be released once family members are notified.

According to police, responding officers found the man in the Lakewind East Apartment Complex suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
