New Orleans, La. - A New Orleans restaurant known for helping and transforming lives of at-risk young adults reopened its doors Monday.
Cafe Reconcile served up lunch following an eight month, $5.9 million renovation.
The improvements triple the restaurant's size.
Folks who've eaten there before the renovation say the new space is much better.
The expansion extends beyond the dining room.
They'll be offering educational programs for more than double the number young adults they've served in years past.
Café Reconcile says they'll be able to help 400 young adults each year.
