New Orleans, La. - A Texas search and recovery team joins the effort to find a missing Jefferson Parish elementary school teacher.
Wednesday morning, Equusearch volunteers began combing through the lagoons in City Park for any traces of Terrilyn Monette.
Investigators are particularly interested in the park and Bayou St. John.
This is the area between the nightclub where Monette was last seen and her apartment and her most likely route home.
Monette disappeared in the early morning hours of Saturday, March 2nd. She was last seen at Parlay's Bar on Harrison Avenue.
Police continue to ask the public for any information that might help in the case. Tips can be called in to Crimestoppers at 822-1111.
