New Orleans, La. - The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office identifies the body found in the Industrial Canal on March 15 as 57-year-old Douglas Morris.
A spokesman for the coroner's office says Morris' cause of death was determined as drowning.
Police discovered the man's body around 1 p.m on March 15.
