Three-piece indie rock band Red Measure will release an exclusive, digital-only 2-song single, “Blinking Systems” on April 16 for immediate download through the artist’s website. The band will also begin a Midwest U.S. mini-tour on April 4 at P&H Café in Memphis, TN, culminating in a release party for the new single on April 27 at Springwater Supper Club & Lounge in Nashville, TN.

“Blinking Systems” is Red Measure’s third music release and celebrates the band’s powerful and distinctive sound, with an amped-up, groove-based foundation complemented by gritty guitar passages and clever lyrics. The single also features the bonus B-side “Last Street,” a stripped-down acoustic guitar song, which demonstrates the group’s founder Randall Suarez’s continued evolution as a singer and songwriter and features stark vocals, melodic piano and harmonic noise elements.
