Police search for missing Gentilly man

New Orleans, La.- Police are asking the public's assistance in locating 35-year-old Rene Bonnee, who was last seen Wednesday March 27 around 8 a.m. at his residence in the 6400 block of Baccich Street. 

Bonnee's mother says Bonnee has been diagnosed with a mental disorder and is need of his medications which he has been non-complaint with in the past.

Bonnee's mother has reported him missing before and Bonnee's Silver 2004 Saturn ION with Louisiana plate number VLP 167 is also missing. 

Police describe Bonnee as an African American male, 6'3" tall, weighing approximately 280-300 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue and red stripped shirt over a white long-sleeved thermal and blue jeans.

Anyone with any information on Bonnee's whereabouts is asked to call CRIMESTOPPERS at 822-1111.
