Dean Kelly, the former model and accused rapist, is back in jail.

The DA's office convinced a judge to revoke his old bond and invoke a new one, after he partied with young women during Carnival.

Kelly never testified at his bond revocation hearing Tuesday afternoon, but nearly 10 other people did.  And after the judge reviewed pictures of the Mardi Gras parties with young girls, Kelly was handcuffed and taken away.

Kelly wore a baseball cap into Judge Tracy Davillier's court to listen to prosecutors argue for his old bond to be revoked.  They presented witnesses who testified of young girls being invited onto the grounds of Kelly's parents' St Charles Avenue home during Mardi Gras, and offered drinks.

That's the same home where Kelly has been under home incarceration as he awaits trial on two forcible rape charges, as well as carnal knowledge of a juvenile.

Testimony also indicated that Kelly stole girls' phones and put his own number in them so that he could send them texts, something he's already in trouble for.  He allegedly sent thousands to Tulane students and harassed them, prior to his initial arrest.

Dean Kelly had been out on a $1.5 million bond since August of last year, but that was revoked, and raised to a $2.5 million bond.  He was handcuffed and returned to Orleans Parish Prison.

Kelly's attorney Frank DeSalvo told FOX 8, "The judge weighed the evidence and made a decision that I didn't think was fair.  It wasn't the first time I didn't agree with a judge, and it probably won't be the last time."

The DA's office issued a statement praising Judge Davillier's decision to raise Kelly's bond.

His attorney says the family is expected to raise the money to have him released.
