FOX 8 received this news release from the New Orleans Police Dept. Thursday night:

NOPD's Homicide division is asking the public's assistance in identifying the pair seen in the video; detectives believe the pair are the suspected triggermen in the shooting deaths of 22-year-old Desmond Bell and 26-year-old Orlando Rickmon, which happened Tuesday evening April 23, 2013 in the 4000 block of Baudin Street.

Bell and Rickmon were gunned down as they sat on the porch of a residence; both men were shot multiple times [and] died on the scene, while an 8-year-old boy was shot and sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The individuals in the video appear to be in their late teens early 20's, thin to medium build wearing hooded sweatshirts over their heads to conceal their identities. The vehicle in the video appears to be a late model Red or Burgundy Dodge Minivan.

The video can be viewed here:

Homicide Detective Clinton Givens is in charge of the investigation.
