New Orleans, La.- An iconic New Orleans restaurant could soon have to change its name.
A district appeals judge ruled in favor of the owner of the Camellia Grill trademark Michael Schwartz.
Schwartz sold the building and the rights to use the restaurant's license trademark to restaurateur Hicham Khodr after hurricane Katrina.
Schwartz's attorney says Khodr violated the agreement by changing the logo and using it on other locations.
Now, the attorney says Khodr must change everything about the restaurant, the name, the menu, even the front of the building on South Carrollton Avenue.
Schwartz is also going after all the profits made since June of 2011.
Khodr can still ask for a rehearing in appellate court or it can go to the Louisiana Supreme Court.
Schwartz hopes to open a new Camellia Grill in another location.
