New Orleans, La. -  The NOPD is investigating a shooting near the intersection of Frenchmen and North Villere Streets that left 19 people injured during a Mother's Day second line. The incident occurred around 1:47 p.m.

According to police, two of the victims are 10-years-old, one boy and one girl.
