NOPD seeks missing teen from Tulane/Gravier area

UPDATE from NOPD: Leome Morris has been located.

 

FOX 8 received this missing person poster from the New Orleans Police Dept. Monday afternoon:

Item: E-17246-13

Date/Time: May 12, 2013, 11:30 AM

Location: 2000 block of Iberville Street

Detective: Robert Stoltz

Runaway: Leome Morris, African-American female, 15 years old, 5'0" tall, thin build, last seen wearing multi-colored shirt, blue shorts, and black sandals.

On Sunday, May 12, 2013, at approximately 11:30 am, Morris' mother arrived at home and found Morris sitting on the porch with two male friends. Morris was advised by her mother to not leave, however when Morris' mother went inside, she later learned that her daughter left the residence. Morris has not been seen nor heard from since and did not show up for school today. Morris has a history of running away from home.
