"NOLA Cosmo"


¼ cup (2 ounces) Pineapple-infused vodka

1 ½ teaspoons (1/4 ounce) fresh lemon juice

1 ½ teaspoons (1/4 ounce) simple syrup

1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) cranberry juice

1 Pineapple wedge for garnish


In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, combine all ingredients except for the pineapple wedge and shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain the cocktail mixture into a martini glass and garnish with the pineapple wedge.

Makes 1 cocktail
