Two suspects arrested in CBD beating and robbery case

New Orleans police work to track down the lone suspect wanted for allegedly beating and robbing a man.

Officers arrested 31-year-old Dorian Ferguson and 21-year-old Byron Ferguson yesterday at a business on Bourbon Street. Police are still looking for 28-year-old Christopher Martin.

Investigators say surveillance video in the 400 block of Carondelet Street caught Martin and two others beating a man Sunday morning. The three men in the video punch the victim repeatedly and steal his wallet and phone.

Police say a Crimestoppers tip led them to two of the suspects seen in the video. Each is charged with simple robbery and second degree battery.
