4 eggs

6 oz. tomato juice

1 tbl salt

2 tbl salad oil

6 hamburger buns

Garnishes (optional)

•             Place the ground beef in a bowl and break it up. Add the eggs, tomato juice, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together with your hands.

•             Portion the meat into 6, approx. 10 ounce balls. Spread the oil onto a sheet pan. Gently mold the meat into patties on the oiled sheet pan. When all 6 burger patties are done, using the back of a knife, crisscross the patties pressing the knife about 1/8th inch deep into the patties.

Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip the burgers over and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Place the buns cut side down around the edge of the grill to toast them. Add cheese to the burgers if desired. Remove the buns when they are toasted. Place the burgers on a plate and let sit for a couple of minutes.

•             Then, Build your burger! Add any garnishes you'd like and enjoy!
